Update Helm dependencies
- It needs to update Helm charts after changing its dependencies (e.g. logging)
$ helm dependency update .
Update metacontroller

cd metacontroller
helm package deploy/helm/metacontroller --destination deploy/helm
cd ..
# update dependency
helm dependency update
