Ilya Kreymer 60b48ee8a6 dockermanager + scheduler:
- run as child process using aioprocessing
- cleanup: support cleanup of orphaned containers
- timeout: support crawlTimeout via check in cleanup loop
- support crawl listing + crawl stopping
