Closes#424
### Changes
- Adds Browsertrix logo to the nav bar!!
- Will license the typeface (Konsole) as soon as this gets merged.
- Changes the theme colour to Webrecorder's turquoise brand colour
- Adjusts the usage of `primary` vs `blue` for elements where it
shouldn't be the same
- Changes the _Cancel & Discard_ button of the cancel crawl dialogue to
`danger` button variant
- Replaces the Replay icon with the new ReplayWebpage icon!
- Fixes the favicon SVG linking (wrong name, oops!)
- Fills the microscope lens in the microscope icon
- Removes the old btrix-cloud.svg logo

Partially addresses #1241
### Changes
- Adds Browsertrix logo to readme
- It detects if you're in light or dark mode and adjusts the text color
accordingly! _The future is now!_
- Minor readme updates
- Updates icon and adds favicon SVGs to the docs
- This does not yet use Konsole for the docs site title. Will have to
sort this out later along with private hosting for that font.
- Updates docs theme to use new brand colours — picked the green for
this one, will probably be consistent across all of Webrecorder's MKDocs
sites.
Part of #1241
### Changes
- Renames all instances of "Browsertrix Cloud" to "Browsertrix" on the
front end, emails, and documentation

* backend: refactor swarm support to also support podman (#260)
- implement podman support as subclass of swarm deployment
- podman is used when 'RUNTIME=podman' env var is set
- podman socket is mapped instead of docker socket
- podman-compose is used instead of docker-compose (though docker-compose works with podman, it does not support secrets, but podman-compose does)
- separate cli utils into SwarmRunner and PodmanRunner which extends it
- using config.yaml and config.env, both copied from sample versions
- work on simplifying config: add docker-compose.podman.yml and docker-compose.swarm.yml and signing and debug configs in ./configs
- add {build,run,stop}-{swarm,podman}.sh in scripts dir
- add init-configs, only copy if configs don't exist
- build local image use current version of podman, to support both podman 3.x and 4.x
- additional fixes for after testing podman on centos
- docs: update Deployment.md to cover swarm, podman, k8s deployment
- Add default vs custom (s3) storage
- K8S: All storages correspond to secrets
- K8S: Default storages inited via helm
- K8S: Custom storage results in custom secret (per archive)
- K8S: Don't add secret per crawl config
- API for changing storage per archive
- Docker: default storage just hard-coded from env vars (only one for now)
- Validate custom storage via aiobotocore before confirming
- Data Model: remove usage from users
- Data Model: support adding multiple files per crawl for parallel crawls
- Data Model: track completions for parallel crawls
- Data Model: initial support for tags per crawl, add collection as 'coll' tag
