Pre-compute workflow last crawl information (#812) 
* Precompute config crawl stats

* Includes a database migration to move preciously dynamically computed crawl stats for workflows into the CrawlConfig model.

* Add crawls.finished descending index

* Add last crawl fields to workflow tests
